❖ After being abandoned as a baby by Mystique, Kurt was brought up by Margali Szardos alongside Margali's children Jimaine (Amanda) and Stefan. [ TBA as I figure out what the fuck timeline works here. ]

❖ Margali instilled various Roma customs on her children. Because of this, Kurt is a strong believer in both generosity and hospitality. It's also why he likes to keep everything -- especially the kitchen -- as clean and tidy as possible.

❖ When talking to someone, especially if he hasn't known them very long, Kurt will actively telegraph his glances a lot more than the average person might. This is largely subconscious by now but comes from being made aware that people can't always tell where he's looking.

❖ His tail is only partly under his control. Most of the time it acts as a broadcasting medium for his subconscious. This has saved his life a number of times, but also comes at the cost of being slightly embarrassing when it acts before he does. It also makes him very bad at lying (and poker) once you know to look for it.

❖ Kurt's cooking tends towards dishes from his native Germany and also some Roma bits and pieces inherited from Margali. This means most of the things that he makes tend to be spicy and heavy on the eggs/carbs. He considers most American food to be either too bland or too sweet. Don't get him started on hot dogs.

❖ Kurt is a Scorpius and his birthday is November 11th.
